Arianne Resources (TSX: V.DAN, Stock Forum) Thursday announced that its shareholders have approved changing the company's name to Arianne Phosphate Inc., this according to a company news release.

Arianne added that the name change reflects its intention to focus its operations on the development of the Lac à Paul phosphate mine in Quebec.
