B2Gold up 8% after AGM: Canadian market movers

On Monday, the top TSX mover was Bombardier Inc. (TSX: T.BBD.B, Stock Forum). It rose 0.2% and was trading at $4.69 on volume of 5.5 million shares.

Today the transportation equipment manufacturer revealed Odyssey Airlines is the European customer that ordered 10 CSeries passenger jets on June 24, 2011. The firm order is valued at US$628 million.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX: T.BTO, Stock Forum) was the second most active stock on the TSX. The stock was up 8% and trading at $2.42 on volume of 5.3 million.

The gold producer held an annual general meeting after the bell on June 14, 2013. During the meeting the company provided a review of 2012 and a corporate update.

Aura Silver Resources Inc. (TSX: V.AUU, Stock Forum) was the volume leader on the TSX Venture Exchange. It lost 50% and was trading at $0.005 on volume of 2 million.

The precious metals explorer had no related news to explain the sharp drop in stock value.

The second most active stock on the TSX Venture was Adira Energy Ltd. (TSX: V.ADL, Stock Forum) It fell 33% and was trading at $0.01 after 1.8 million shares changed hands.

The oil and gas explorer had no news to explain the high volume in trading.
