Wescan Goldfields (TSX: V.WGF, Stock Forum) late Monday reported results of the winter drill program on its Munro Lake Gold Property in Saskatchewan, this according to a company news release.

Results included an intersection of visible gold and 67.1 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 1.00 metre.

The company added that future modeling is required to interpret true widths of the mineralized intersections.

Munro Lake is located about seven kilometers north of Claude Resources' Seabee gold mine.
