East Africa Metals late Wednesday said it has received final acceptance for listing from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The stock is expected to begin trading on Thursday, July 11, 2013, under the symbol “EAM”.

The company's principal asset is the Handeni gold property located in Tanzania.

East Africa Metals currently has approximately $23.8 million in cash and 67,305,842 common shares outstanding.
