War Eagle (V.WAR) unloads lead-zinc-geranium project in Mexico

War Eagle Mining Co Inc. (TSX: V.WAR, Stock Forum) said Wednesday it has struck a deal to sell its interest in the Tres Marias zinc-lead-germanium project in Chihuahua, Mexico.

The buyer is COMSA, a Mexican mining company, War Eagle said in a press release.

War Eagle shares were unchanged at 6.5 cents Wednesday, leaving the company with a market cap of $1 million, based on 15.4 million shares outstanding. The 52-week range is 15 cents and 4 cents.
