Clearford bids for Everett, Ont wastewater servicing

Clearford Water Systems (TSX: V.CLI, OTCQB: CLIRF, Forum) announced today that it has submitted a bid in response to a request from the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio to provide wastewater servicing for the Township of Everett. This is pursuant to a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain Agreement.

The Company’s bid was submitted by EllisDon Civil Ltd and Koester Canada Inc. under the name Everett Millennium Services Group. EllisDon will be the prime subcontractor on the project. Koester will manufacture and supply the wastewater treatment plant. Koester will also provide operations and maintenance services. More information can be found here.

Clearford was recently in the news when it announced the signing of a new contract for Jambudiyapura Installation, and engaged with Tata Trusts to identify additional Gujurat Villages.

Clearford Water Systems Inc. has 87.5 million shares outstanding and a market cap of $15.7 million.
