HealthSpace announces renewal of Health Canada agreement

HealthSpace Data Systems Ltd. (CSE: HS, Forum) announced today that it has renewed its software and service agreement with Health Canada for a period of one year. The renewal is worth $168,000. The agreement also includes an option clause to extend the agreement by up to two, additional years.

HealthSpace will be responsible for providing the data collection systems to track environmental conditions for First Nations communities across Canada. The Company will also provide tracking software for the First Nations Health Authority in British Columbia. Further information can be found here.

The Company was recently in the news last month when it announced the closing of the 2nd tranche of its private placement.

HealthSpace Data Systems has 90 million shares outstanding and a market cap of $6.3 million.
