New Age Metals poised to launch exploration at PGM project

New Age Metals Inc. (TSX: V.NAM, OTCQB:PAWEF, Forum) said today it plans to launch its 2017 exploration program at the River Valley platinum group metals (PGM) project with a surface geophysical program.

The project is located near Sudbury, Ont.

Work will focus on the Pine Zone, which is one of many PGM zones located within the River Valley project, which was most recently drilled in the fall of 2016.

New Age Metals was in the news recently when the company said it intended to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 20 million units, priced at $0.075 per unit, for gross proceeds of $1.5 million. New Age said Palisade Global Investments Ltd. would provide a lead order in the financing of $500,000.
