Harvest One Seeks Medical Cannabis Distribution License

Harvest One Cannabis Inc. (TSX: V.HVST, HRVOF, Forum), through its wholly-owned subsidiary United Greeneries Ltd. (UG), said Tuesday its Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) cultivation license has been renewed.

The company also said it has submitted an application to Health Canada to amend its license to allow for the sale and distribution of medical cannabis.

Harvest One was in the news recently when the company announced through its UG subsidiary, that it has closed an arm’s length acquisition of its current production facility in Duncan, B.C., for a cash purchase price of $2.8 million.
