Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSX: V.BTR, OTCQB: BONXF, Forum) announced today that it has made a new gold discovery on the Company’s Coliseum Property. The Coliseum Property hosts BTR’s flagship asset, the Gladiator Gold Deposit.

The new discovery comes from step-out drilling up to five kilometers to the west of the main deposit. The new mineralization also hosts substantial readings of silver. The Bonterra technical team considers this new discovery to be an extension of the Gladiator mineralized trend.

Highlights from the step-out drilling include:

  • 4.7 g/t Au and 44.6 g/t Ag over 2.7 meters (250m depth)
  • This drill hole was 4 km southwest of the Gladiator Deposit
  • 13.0 g/t Au over 1.0 meter (200m depth)
  • This drill hole was 5 km southwest of the Gladiator Deposit

Further information can be found here.

The Company was recently in the news earlier this month when it reported an extension of the South Gold Zone of the Gladiator Deposit.
