PryoGenesis announces sale of second DROSRITE system

PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX: V.PYR, OTCQB: PYRNF, Forum) said Thursday it has received a purchase order worth $1.02 million for the sale of a second DROSRITE™ Furnace System to a North American automobile parts manufacturer.

PyroGenesis’ DROSRITE System is a salt-free, cost-effective sustainable process for maximizing metal recovery from dross, a was generated in the metallurgical industry.

Deliver is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018, and the contract calls for a 50 per cent down payment and 10 per cent hold back.

PyroGenesis was in the news recently when the company said it has successfully completed the ramp-up phase of its first plasma atomization system.

Pascali has provided an overview of the announcement in a Q&A format.

“It means that we are open for business,’’ he said in a press release.

PyroGenesis is a high-tech company that designs, develops, manufactures and commercializes plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products.
