Forum) stated this week that it has signed a letter of intent to combine the Company with
Metanor Resources Inc. and create a new Canadian gold exploration and development operation focused on developing the Urban Barry Québec Gold Camp. The proforma entity will have one of the largest contiguous land packages and will have control of three advanced high-grade gold deposits.
