International Battery Metals Ltd. (CSE:IBAT, OTCQB:DTMXF, Forum) announced this week that it has entered into a licensing agreement withEnsorica Metals Corp. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sorcia Minerals LLC, where it will license its lithium extraction technology to extract lithium carbonate from brine sources in Chile.
