Battery metals mining Company Berkwood Resources Ltd. (TSX: V.BKR, OTCQB: CZSVF, Forum) announced on Tuesday that it intends to buy-back the 5% interest acquired by Progressive Planet Solutions Inc. for the Company’s lac Guéret South Graphite Project. Seeing clean energy as the future, PLAN management felt Berkwood had a top graphite project and invested into it at a premium. The Company was trading at 8 to 9 cents and offered PLAN a buy-in at 15 cents. Berkwood issued 1,750,000 units to Progressive, each unit consisted of one common one share and one-half warrant.
