Sun Valley Certification Clinics Holdings LLC acquisition, which shows there would be a 350% growth in Company revenues under consolidation.

The CBD life sciences Company began selling franchises under the Sun Valley Health brand
earlier this month. As a multi-state operator of medical health and wellness clinics, CBDT’s franchise sales team is pitching the Company to the greater cannabis investment community through the Cannabis Industry Marketplace Expo, with scheduled dates through to April 2020.
