In a move to better reflect the Company's new operational expertise, as well as its product and service offerings, Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS, OTCQB: LDSYF, Forum) announced this week that its board of directors has approved the change of the Company's name to Core One Labs Inc.
The licensed medical cannabis Company added that its board approved consolidation of the its issued and outstanding common shares.

While developing its flagship CannaStrips product, the Company also gained lab extraction expertise and the distillation of cannabinoids, which has now become a fundamental part of the Company's business.
The Company says CannaStrips rollout is proceeding according to plan and continues to see the current progress as an introduction and education phase.
CannaStrips were made available to 10 additional dispensaries in California, expand its availability to a total of 42 dispensaries in the state.
