Bhang Moves to Direct Cannabis CPG Retail in California

Global cannabis CPG brand Company, Bhang Inc. (CSE: BHNG, OTCQX: BHNGF, Forum) announced this week that it has terminated its agreement with CannaRoyalty Corp. doing business as Origin House (CSE: OH) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kaya Management, Inc. BHNG stated that it is moving from a licensing model to a direct-to-retail model and has contacted California’s most prolific cannabis co-packers, Trava, Inc. and Herban, Inc., to manufacture its branded products and has also contracted Shelf-Life Distributing to distribute them across the state.
