Field Trip Health Ltd. (CSE: FTRP, OTCBB: FTRPF, Forum) announced on Tuesday that it is opening its fifth location in the United States in the city of Atlanta, GA. One of many locations that Field Trip is planning to open in 2021, the Atlanta spot is located in the Glenwood Park neighborhood. This is the first Field Trip Health center to open this year, following the opening of Toronto, New York, Los Angeles and Chicago in 2020.

In response to significant interest from people and medical professionals in Canada
, FTRP had been selected as a trial location for a
MAPS-sponsored study on the safety, feasibility and preliminary outcomes of MDMA-assisted therapy to treat eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, a mental health condition and eating disorder. Field Trip’s Toronto location will be used as the trial site for the Health Canada-approved Anorexia Nervosa arm of the Eating Disorder Study.
