SECURE Energy Services Inc. Completes Tervita Corp Merger

SECURE Energy Services Inc. (TSX: SES) and Tervita Corp. (TSX: TEV) announced the closing of the merger of the two companies on Friday.

Under the merger, SECURE and Tervita agree to combine in an all-share transaction pursuant to which SECURE acquired all the issued and outstanding common shares of Tervita on the basis of 1.2757 common shares of SECURE for each outstanding Tervita Share, following which Tervita amalgamated with SECURE. The Tervita Shares are expected to be delisted by the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of market on July 5th, 2021.

The combined company is expected to deliver highly complementary mid-stream infrastructure asset bases and environmental service lines provide for enhanced scale, utilization, efficiencies and expanded services for the combined company’s customers.

The combined company will also continue to operate as SECURE Energy Services Inc. and remain listed on the TSX as TSX: SES. For more details on this news, click here.
