Vornado Announces Redemption of 6.75% Series F and 6.75% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) today announced that it is calling for the redemption of all of its outstanding 6.75% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares (“Series F shares”) and 6.75% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares (“Series H shares”) on February 19, 2013 at a redemption price of $25.00 per share, or $262.5 million in the aggregate, plus accrued and unpaid dividends through the date of redemption. American Stock Transfer & Trust Company LLC is serving as redemption agent.
