White Rock, British Columbia CANADA, January 31, 2013 /FSC/ - Regency Gold Corp. (RAU.H - TSX Venture), (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelsey Chin as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. Ms. Chin has over 9 years' experience within the mining and exploration industry and has been responsible for all aspects of financial services, financial reporting and corporate governance for publicly listed exploration companies. Ms. Chin is currently Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Canada Strategic Metals Inc. and Canada Gold Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently completing her CGA designation. Ms. Chin replaces Doris Meyer who has resigned from these respective positions. Ms Meyer has also resigned as a director.
