Blackstream Energy Corporation ("Company" or "Blackstream") announces that its subsidiary, Stealth Energy USA, Inc. ("Stealth"), has initiated formal proceedings against John Campbell, the former President and director of the Company, and his related entities in Montana, USA. Starting in early 2010, John Campbell breached his fiduciary duty and obligation by using Stealth's funds to pay a total of 14 monthly payments for a Ditch Witch trencher machine financed by his own private company or companies. Stealth is requesting an amount of $25,841.62 plus pre-judgment interest back.
Additionally, Blackstream is still litigating against John Campbell for the "Office Space Dispute" issue announced on November 18th, 2011.
