February 2013 Cash Dividend - $0.05 per share
Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") today announced its cash dividend for the month of February 2013 of $0.05 per share payable on March 15, 2013. The record date is February 28, 2013 and the ex-dividend date will be February 26, 2013. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.60 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
2012 Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results and Conference Call
Superior expects to release its 2012 fourth quarter and year-end results on Thursday, February 14, 2013.
