MONTREAL, Feb. 15, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Dorel Industries Inc. (TSX: DII.B
DII.A) today announced it has declared its regular quarterly dividend
of US$0.30 per share on the outstanding number of the Company's Class A
Multiple Voting Shares, Class B Subordinate Voting Shares and Deferred
Share Units. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2013 to shareholders
of record as at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
