ATLANTA, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) Board of Directors has set the airline's annual meeting of stockholders for 7:30 a.m. ET, June 27, 2013. The meeting will be held at the offices of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, LLP, 825 Eighth Ave., New York, New York.

The record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting will be the close of business on May 3, 2013.
