HOUSTON, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RCI Management Services, Inc. a subsidiary of publicly traded Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RICK), has signed an agreement to help manage and operate a gentlemen's club at 4680 Fannett Rd. in Beaumont, Tx.

Fannett Entertainment LLC also entered into an agreement with another Rick's Cabaret subsidiary, Jaguars Acquisition Inc., to license the Jaguars name for the Fannett Rd. property.

"Simultaneously we are also working with architects and contractors to complete the remodeling of our club at 5900 College St., which we acquired last fall as part of our Jaguars group purchase. It will become a full-service Rick's Cabaret club, with great dining and entertainment," added Mr. Anakar, who oversees nationwide operations for the 35 adult clubs that are part of the Rick's Cabaret group.
