Rye Patch Gold Corp (TSXV: RPM) has seven gold projects spread over 165 sq kms along Nevada’s Oreana and Cortez trends. RPM is a well-financed advanced stage gold exploration company with 2.4 million gold and gold equivalent ounces in measured+indicated category and 1 million ounces of gold and gold equivalent ounces in inferred category. The current resource inventory is situated in three Oreana trend projects.
Rye Patch is also advancing its 100% owned Garden Gate Pass project at the Cortez trend located immediately to the South of Barrick’s recent Goldrush discovery and at its Patty Project a joint venture with Barrick Gold Corp (TSX: ABX) (NYSE: ABX) and McEwen Mining (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX).
In additional it has also staked claims over part of Coeur d’Alene Mines Corp.’s (TSX:CDM) (NYSE: CDE) Rochester gold and silver deposit in Nevada. The mineral title is disputed by Coeur D'Alene Mines Corporation and there is a court case currently underway to settle this dispute.
