Operations announces the following index changes as a result of the
Quarterly S&P/TSX Composite Index Review. These changes will be
effective at the open on Monday, March 18, 2013:

Changes to the S&P/TSX Composite Index will also affect the S&P/TSX
Capped Composite and Equal Weight Composite Indices. Stocks added to
or removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index will also be added to or
removed from the appropriate Global Industry Classification Standard
(GICS) sector index.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the GICS change announcement of February 4, 2013, the shares
of Superior Plus Corp. (TSX:SPB) will be removed from the S&P/TSX
Capped Industrials and the S&P/TSX Equal Weight Industrials Indices and
added to the S&P/TSX Capped Utilities Index at the same time as the
quarterly S&P/TSX Composite Index review.
S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats and Equity Income Indices
After the close of trading on February 28, 2013, Atlantic Power
Corporation (TSX:ATP) announced a reduction in their indicated annual
dividend from $CDN1.08 to $CDN0.40 per share. For purposes of managing
the quarterly reweighting/rebalancing of these indices after the close
of Friday, March 15, 2013, the indicated annual dividend for ATP will
be $CDN0.40 and the price used to calculate the yield of ATP will be
the 3-day VWAP for March 1 to 5, 2013.
