Vancouver, B.C., March 12, 2013; West Cirque Resources Ltd. ("West Cirque" or the "Company") announces that the Company and its wholly owned Nevada subsidiary, Rampage Minerals Ltd., have entered into a Property Purchase Agreement with an arms length party to sell the Kennedy Canyon property located in Pershing County, Nevada, USA. The Company will receive CDN$100,000 and a 2% Net Smelter Returns Royalty, one-half (1%) of which can be acquired at any time by the purchaser for CDN$1,500,000.
