LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., March 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Products (NYSE:APD) announced today that Jennifer L. Grant will join the company as vice president, Human Resources, effective April 15. Grant will be responsible for the company's Human Resources function and will report to John D. Stanley, senior vice president, general counsel and chief administrative officer.
Grant joins Air Products from Pfizer, Inc., where she was vice president of Human Resources for the company's specialty products and oncology divisions. In that position, Grant played a significant leadership role in the integration of the Wyeth and Pfizer specialty products divisions after Pfizer acquired Wyeth in 2009. She also led the subsequent integration of the oncology division and co-led the creation of the Human Resources strategy for Pfizer. With Wyeth, Grant had a number of increasingly significant international management roles prior to the Pfizer acquisition. Grant began her career with GE, where she held a variety of roles across multiple divisions.

Grant graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior and earned a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Purdue University.
