TORONTO, March 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Cymat Technologies Ltd. (the "Company"
or "Cymat") has been advised that the Toronto Stock Exchange (the
"TSX') is reviewing the Common Shares (Symbol: CYM) of the Company with
respect to meeting the TSX continued listing requirements. The Company
has been granted 120 days in which to regain compliance with these
requirements, pursuant to the Remedial Review Process. The Company
intends to make a submission to the Continued Listing Committee of the
TSX on July 22, 2013 in support of the continuation of Cymat's listing
with the TSX. The Company is also investigating listing on the TSX
Venture Exchange, subject to the outcome of its submission to the
Continued Listing Committee.
