CML HealthCare Inc. Appoints Chief Medical Officer

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/13 -- CML HealthCare Inc. (TSX:CLC) (the "Company" or "CML"), a leading community-based provider of laboratory and medical imaging services in Ontario and British Columbia, today announced the appointment of Dr. Timothy Feltis as Chief Medical Officer, effective June 4, 2013.

Dr. Feltis is a board-certified pathologist with more than 30 years of hospital experience. He is a published author of numerous research papers on pathology in recognized medical journals. Prior to joining CML, Dr. Feltis served as Chief of Lab Medicine and Director of Laboratories at Credit Valley Hospital, as well as the coroner's pathologist for the City of Mississauga. He has also had much experience in the community lab setting as a consultant since 1985. Dr. Feltis holds a medical degree from Queen's University and completed a fellowship in Renal Pathology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
