Cintas Corporation and Anthony Melchiorri Announce $25,000 Hotel Makeover Contest
Spring cleaning just took on new meaning for the hotel industry, thanks
to the $25,000 contest offered by Cintas
Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) and Anthony Melchiorri, host of a reality
TV show that helps turn around struggling hotels. From now until August
31, hotels of all sizes can enter for a chance to win an onsite visit
from Melchiorri and $25,000 worth of products and services from Cintas.
The winner will also receive a trip to the International Hotel/Motel +
Restaurant Show, held in N.Y. in November 2013, where they can speak
with the media about how the makeover impacted their hotel.

image, cleanliness, safety and security,” said Anthony Melchiorri. “By
making a few proactive, practical improvements in each of these areas,
hoteliers can significantly impact the guest experience and the bottom
line. Through this contest, Cintas will help one lucky property take
their guest satisfaction to a whole new level.”
According to J.D. Power and Associates’ 2012 Hotel Guest Satisfaction
Index, overall guest satisfaction within the hospitality industry is at
an all-time low—down seven index points from 2011. Despite this, a
recent study from March found that 42 percent of U.S. travelers are
planning to increase their spending in 2013, making it a great
opportunity for hoteliers to improve their operations for increased
customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A winner will be selected by September 9, and the makeover will be
