NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 04/18/13 -- Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of 61 1/2 cents a share on its common stock, payable June 15, 2013, to stockholders of record as of May 15, 2013.
