VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 22, 2013) - Tintina Resources Inc. ("Tintina" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TAU) (OTCQX:TINTF) announces that Mr. Raj Chowdhry, the founding Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Director of the Company, effective immediately, in order to devote time to manage his other commitments.

In the circumstances, the Company's Annual General Meeting has been postponed until 2:00pm PST on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. The meeting will be held at the same location as announced in the Notice of Meeting filed on SEDAR.
