BOSTON, April 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: EVM), Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE MKT: EIA), Eaton Vance Massachusetts Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: MAB), Eaton Vance Michigan Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: MIW), Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: EIM), Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE MKT: EIV), Eaton Vance New Jersey Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: EMJ), Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: ENX), Eaton Vance New York Municipal Bond Fund II (NYSE MKT: NYH), Eaton Vance Ohio Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: EIO) and Eaton Vance Pennsylvania Municipal Bond Fund (NYSE MKT: EIP) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meetings of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. (EDT).  The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.  Proxy materials will be mailed on or about May 24, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 8, 2013.  Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of four Class II Trustees of the Fund.
