United Protection Security Group Inc. - Director Appointment

EDMONTON, April 22, 2013 /CNW/ - United Protection Security Group Inc. (UPSG or the Company), (TSX-V: UZZ) is pleased to announce the following corporate update:

a.     The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nathan Gamroth, CA as a new board member. Mr.Gamroth will also hold the position of Chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr.Gamroth is a founding partner of Turnbull Gamroth, Chartered Accounts that was established in 2007. From January 1998 to January 2007 he worked with an Edmonton based Chartered Accountant firm that specialized in performing Public Company Audits.

Mr. Gamroth is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Alberta since July 2004, he also received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta in November 1997.

b. The Company also announces the resignation of Mr.Richard Shuhany as a member of the board of directors, effective April 18, 2013.
