CACI U.S. Operations Revalidates Enterprise-wide CMMI® Maturity Level 3 Rating

Appraisal Recognizes Continued Superior Delivery of Software and Systems Engineering

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that its U.S. Operations has successfully completed the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI®-DEV) Appraisal that revalidates the enterprise rating at CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3. CACI’s U.S. Operations had been appraised at Level 3 in 2010, and this re-appraisal confirms the organization’s sustained capability to improve its processes and performance in order to deliver software and systems engineering solutions at industry-recognized levels of excellence.

Established by the CMMI Institute, CMMI-DEV is a framework used by the Department of Defense and civilian sectors of the federal government to evaluate the ability of prospective contractors to perform on systems and software engineering projects. The evolving mission needs of these customers demand predictable performance as validated by CMMI results.

CACI has been appraised at CMMI, and precursor CMM, levels since the 1990s, demonstrating the company’s long-term commitment to ongoing processes and performance improvement. With the reappraisal of its enterprise-wide CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 rating, CACI provides assurance to current and prospective customers that its systems engineering, integration, and software projects will continue to be completed with high levels of quality, on time and within budget.

John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, “CACI’s CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 rating across our entire U.S. Operations tells customers they can expect state-of-the-art CACI solutions for their software and systems engineering projects. We are particularly gratified the reviewers also cited our customer feedback and project delivery programs as industry-leading strengths, reaffirming the priority we place on responding quickly and effectively to customer needs.”

According to CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury, “CACI continues to achieve industry-recognized, enterprise-wide standards of excellence in delivering information solutions and services that our customers need and require. By sustaining our CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 3 rating for software and systems engineering solutions, we recommit to our customers and shareholders that CACI has the resources, capabilities, and intent to protect our base of business and grow in our addressable markets.”

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian clients. A member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies and the Russell 2000 Index, CACI provides dynamic careers for approximately 15,300 employees working in over 120 offices worldwide. Visit www.caci.com.
