DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. (NYSE: DVA) today announced that the
company will honor more than 4,000 DaVita®
teammates and HealthCare
Partners® leaders from around the world at its inaugural DaVita
HealthCare Partners® “Villagewide” meeting in downtown Denver.
Villagewide will celebrate, in part, DaVita’s
move to the Mile High City in 2010, completion of its new headquarters
building and merger with HealthCare Partners Holdings, LLC, in 2012.
From April 24 to 27, DaVita HealthCare Partners will recognize teammates
for their outstanding care for patients, each other and the world.
Thousands of teammates from three continents will fly into Denver
International Airport and make a significant economic impact on Denver
hotels, restaurants and retail stores. Teammates will travel from the
Netherlands, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, China, Singapore, Poland and
across the U.S.

At the end of the week, teammates will also participate in one of DaVita
HealthCare Partners’ largest community service projects (known
internally as Village Service Days) ever.

On Saturday, April 27, more than 3,000 teammates will give their time to
make a positive difference in the area of global health. The specifics
of the volunteer project will not be revealed to teammates until that
morning.
