TVI Pacific Inc. Appoints New Vice President, Investor & Corporate Relations

CALGARY, April 25, 2013 /CNW/ - TVI Pacific Inc. (TSX:TVI) (OTCQX:TVIPF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Steven Feldman to the position of Vice President, Investor and Corporate Relations, effective April 26, 2013. In this role, Mr. Feldman will lead the investor relations and external communications functions for the company and will be the primary liaison between TVI and investors, analysts and the financial community.

Mr. Feldman has significant experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining TVI, he was Manager, Investor Relations from 2005 to 2012 at SouthGobi Resources Ltd. SouthGobi is the largest foreign operator in Mongolia's coal sector and the first TSX listed miner to dual list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Feldman served as the key contact and spokesperson for SouthGobi in North America where he attended and presented at major industry conferences. Mr. Feldman also helped develop and implement the company's disclosure obligations to meet the requirements of the Hong Kong Exchange.
