VANCOUVER, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Search Minerals Inc. ("Search" or the "Company") (TSXV: SMY) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company, which allow for the purchase of an aggregate of 2,660,000 common shares of the Company. These options are exercisable until April 26, 2018 at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share.  The options have been granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan.

The Company would also like to note that its contract with Investor Relations Services Inc. and its Principal, Joanne C. Jobin, expired in 2012.
