(NYSE: CNO) today announced that Loretta Jacobs, FSA, MAAA, has been named Vice President of the Long Term Care business for Bankers Life and Casualty, the national life and health insurer focusing on the retirement market, reporting to Scott Perry, Chief Business Officer and President of Bankers Life.

Jacobs joins Bankers from Ernst & Young, where she led their LTC actuarial audit and advisory services practice. She has over 20 years of insurance industry experience, including actuarial and operational leadership roles at CNA Insurance, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance, and Milliman.
Jacobs is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). She graduated with high honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics
