PepsiCo Declares 41st Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase

PURCHASE, N.Y., April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As previously disclosed, the Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a six percent increase in the company's annual dividend, from the current annual rate of $2.15 to $2.27 per share on PepsiCo common stock. It is the company's 41st consecutive annual dividend increase.

The quarterly dividend of $0.5675 is payable on June 28, 2013, to shareholders of record as of June 7, 2013.
