BMO Global Asset Management Strengthens Enterprise Solutions Efforts by Appointing New Director of Strategic Partnerships - Retirement Services

CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/13 -- BMO Global Asset Management announced today the appointment of Frank Green to Director of Strategic Partnerships - Retirement Services. In this larger role, Green will be developing and growing partnerships with other leading financial institutions, allowing them to offer additional retirement services to their customers, including recordkeeping and retirement plan administration.

Having joined BMO in 2002, Green has more than 28 years of industry experience, including holding senior roles at leading financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Francis University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from American University. Green will continue to report to Phil Enochs, Managing Director and Head of Relationship Management at BMO Global Asset Management.

BMO Global Asset Management offers both holistic and individually-provided outsourced solutions to clients in the financial industry, such as insurance, actuarial, and consulting firms, as well as other banking institutions. Current clients include more than 70 nationally recognized trust companies. The primary enterprise solutions offered to clients are:

• Strategic Partnerships - Retirement Services: Providing our clients with the ability to offer retirement services, including recordkeeping and retirement plan administration. This endeavor is led by Green.
• Trust Outsourcing - Trust and Custody Services: Providing our clients with an industry leading trust and custody platform delivered and serviced by BMO Global Asset Management's dedicated team of professionals. This endeavor is led by Wayne Klomstad, Head of Trust Outsourcing.
