MONTREAL, May 2, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Geovencap Inc. (TSXV: GOV) ("Geovencap" or the "Company") announces that Mrs. Brigitte Dejou has resigned from her position as director of the Company, effective May 1, 2013. Mrs Dejou wishes to dedicate herself fully to her current employment responsibilities.

The Company wishes to thank her for her involvement as a board member, and wishes her well in the future.
