TORONTO, May 6, 2013 /CNW/ - The Corporation, at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 3, 2013, announced that all the nominees listed in its Management Proxy Circular dated February 22, 2013 were elected as directors until the next annual general meeting of shareholders.

All nominees were elected with the support of over 98% of the votes cast. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
