(NASDAQ: SMSI) Productivity and Graphics business unit, today announced its Anime Studio® animation software was utilized in the creation of an award-winning video at the 34th annual Telly Awards. "Happy Earth Day," a short animated video created by artist and animator Victor Paredes using Anime Studio, received the bronze Telly Award for Best Branded Content and Promotional Branding.

Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards honor outstanding TV commercials and programs as well as the finest video and film productions and online commercials. The Telly Awards are internationally recognized with nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 U.S. states and numerous countries.
