The board members elected were William H. Bolinder, G. Kent Conrad, Nancy J. Karch, Thomas J. McInerney, Christine B. Mead, David M. Moffett, Thomas E. Moloney, James A. Parke, and James S. Riepe.
At the annual meeting, stockholders also approved the advisory vote on named executive officer compensation and ratified the selection of KPMG LLP as Genworth's independent registered public accounting firm for 2013.
