Partners REIT's Trustees invite Unitholders to participate in conference call to discuss internalizing management

TORONTO, May 31, 2013 /CNW/ - The Independent Trustees of Partners Real Estate Investment Trust, (TSX: PAR.UN) invite all Unitholders of the REIT to participate on a conference call to learn about the Trustee's comprehensive plan to internalize management of the REIT and the reasons the Independent Trustees believe this is the right decision to make now. An open question and answer period will follow a short formal presentation. Present on the call will be all of the REIT's Independent Trustees: Lou Maroun, John Van Haastrecht, Tim ONeil and Saul Shulman.

A presentation outlining the reasons why internalization is the right decision to make now is available on the Investor Information page on the REIT's web site at www.partnersreit.com. Unitholders are encouraged to review the presentation prior to Monday's conference call.
