SEATTLE, June 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Alaska Airlines inaugurates nonstop service today between San Diego and Lihue, Kauai. The flight operates daily through Aug. 26, and then will operate four days a week. Alaska also flies nonstop from San Diego to Honolulu and Maui.
"With the addition of San Diego-Kauai, Alaska Airlines now offers 171 flights a week from San Diego to a dozen cities stretching from Hawaii to Mexico to the East Coast," said Joe Sprague, Alaska Airlines' vice president of marketing.
